I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Level 2 trained IFS therapist that provides Therapy Intensives and Retreats to women and couples living in Minnesota.

After over a decade in the mental health field, I have realized that a standard 50 minute session does not provide the best care for clients and is not best practice. I offer Therapy Intensives and Retreats to my clients to help them move beyond the patterns and reactions that keep them stuck to bring deeper healing and lasting change. I work primarily with women and couples. As a Level 2 trained IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapist, I provide online Therapy Intensives and private in-person Therapy Retreats to women who have become disconnected from themselves, who may be experiencing a major life transition or a mid-life identity shift, and women who just feel stuck. I also have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and I offer these same therapy formats to couples who have become disconnected from each other, who are stuck in the same familiar patterns of poor communication and who find themselves in constant cycles of conflict or feeling like roommates.
