I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Level 2 trained IFS therapist who works with women in life transitions and people who have experienced religious trauma in Minnesota.

After over a decade in the mental health field, I have realized that a standard 50-minute session a standard 50-minute session isn’t always enough time for deeper healing. I offer 90-minute sessions, and therapy intensives and retreats to my clients to help them move beyond the patterns that keep them stuck to bring deeper healing and lasting change. I am a Level 2 trained IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapist and have a certificate in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy. I provide online Therapy Intensives and private in-person Therapy Retreats to women who have become disconnected from themselves, who may be experiencing a major life transition or a midlife identity shift, and women who just feel stuck. I also work with individuals who have experienced church hurt, religious trauma or spiritual abuse, helping them heal fear and shame and make their own decisions about their faith.
