About me
I offer trauma-informed, strength-based therapy to help individuals, children, and families. You will learn to manage anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges. Together, we focus on healing past wounds, building resilience, and developing healthy coping skills so you can feel empowered, confident, and ready to create lasting change.
I believe that healing happens in relationships—whether that’s the one you have with yourself, your loved ones, or your therapist. My work is rooted in values of compassion, equity, and dignity, and I hold a deep commitment to creating a space where every client feels seen, heard, and respected. Equity means recognizing the unique barriers people face due to race, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, socioeconomic status, and lived experience. I understand that mental health doesn’t exist in a vacuum—it’s shaped by systems, culture, and the challenges of daily survival. That’s why I approach therapy through a trauma-informed, social justice lens, always working to meet you where you are.
