About me
Helping women in Jacksonville reclaim peace, connection, and joy on their terms.
If you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or quietly exhausted, you’re not alone and you don’t have to keep carrying it alone. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Jacksonville, FL, I’ve built my practice around a simple but deeply held belief: everyone deserves a sense of peace, belonging, and joy in their life, on their terms. Not someday. Not when everything is “perfect.” But now, in the middle of real life, with all of its demands, pressures, and complexities.
My work is grounded in the understanding that struggle is not a personal failure, it’s a human experience. Whether you’re navigating anxiety that never seems to quiet down, stress that follows you from work into your home, relationship challenges that feel harder to resolve than they should, or trauma that continues to impact how you show up in your life, there is a path forward. The goal of our work together is not to “fix” you, but to support you in understanding yourself more deeply, building resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change if you’re willing to do the work.
In Jacksonville and the surrounding communities, I serve individuals, couples, professionals, and families who are ready to move beyond survival mode. Many of my clients are balancing careers, relationships, and personal expectations, often feeling like they have to hold everything together for everyone else. My practice is a space where you don’t have to perform, achieve, or prove anything. You can show up honestly, be heard without judgment, and begin to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounding and empowering.
Our clinical team is intentionally built to provide comprehensive, high-quality care across a range of specialized services. In individual therapy, we work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and chronic stress, conditions that often present as overthinking, emotional fatigue, irritability, lack of motivation, or a constant sense of pressure. Together, we identify patterns, explore underlying drivers, and develop practical strategies that help you regain clarity, stability, and control. Therapy is not just about talking, it’s about building tools you can use in real time, in your real life.
For those navigating trauma, our PTSD counseling services are designed to meet you where you are. Trauma can show up in many forms, whether it stems from a specific event or prolonged stress over time, and it often impacts how safe, connected, and regulated you feel. We use evidence-based approaches to help you process what you’ve experienced, reduce emotional reactivity, and rebuild a sense of safety within yourself and your relationships. This work is especially important for those who have spent years pushing through without ever having the space to truly process what they’ve been carrying.
Our practice also offers specialized support for veterans and first responders. These individuals often operate in high-pressure, high-risk environments where emotional suppression becomes necessary for performance. Over time, that suppression can lead to disconnection, burnout, and difficulty transitioning between professional and personal roles. We understand the cultural and psychological nuances of these professions and provide tailored counseling that respects both the strength and the complexity of these experiences.
For couples and individuals navigating relationship challenges, our relationship and marriage counseling services focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and creating healthier patterns of connection. Whether you’re feeling distant from your partner, stuck in recurring conflict, or uncertain about the future of your relationship, therapy provides a structured and supportive environment to work through these challenges. The goal is not just resolution, but transformation, helping you build a relationship dynamic that feels secure, respectful, and aligns with your values.
We also provide psycho-sexual evaluations and treatment, an area of care that requires both clinical expertise and sensitivity. These services are often sought in complex or court-involved situations and are conducted with a high level of professionalism, thoroughness, and discretion. Our team is experienced in delivering evaluations that are both clinically sound and clearly communicated for all relevant stakeholders, while also offering therapeutic support when appropriate.
For organizations and employers, our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services offer a proactive approach to supporting mental health in the workplace. Today’s professionals are navigating unprecedented levels of stress, and providing access to confidential, high-quality mental health support is not just beneficial, it’s essential. Through our EAP offerings, employees can access counseling services that help them manage personal and professional challenges, improve performance, and maintain overall well-being.
What sets our practice apart is not just the range of services we offer, but how we deliver them. We are deeply committed to creating an environment where clients feel seen, respected, and supported. Too many people move through life feeling alone, afraid, or forgotten, and we are intentional about being part of the solution to that problem. Therapy with us is collaborative, practical, and rooted in real-world application. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all approaches, your goals, your values, and your experiences guide the work we do together.
If you’re considering therapy, it likely means something in your life isn’t working the way you want it to. That awareness is not a weakness; it’s a starting point. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, growth, or simply a space to think and process, we’re here to support you. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but with the right support, it does happen. And it can be more meaningful and sustainable than you might expect.
You deserve more than just getting through the day. You deserve to feel grounded, connected, and aligned with the life you’re building. When you’re ready, we’re here to help you take that next step.
