About me
I'm a licensed therapist in Nebraska with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions. My work centers on helping clients navigate depression, grief, addiction, family conflicts, and self-esteem concerns with compassion and clarity.
I specialize in supporting older adults and work with clients on communication difficulties, isolation, loneliness, and finding life purpose. I'm also experienced in addressing guilt, shame, control issues, and posttraumatic stress. My practice includes a particular focus on women's issues, including concerns related to pregnancy, childbirth, and workplace challenges.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep commitment to meeting you where you are. I believe therapy works best when built on genuine connection, honest dialogue, and respect for your unique perspective and values. Whether you're processing loss, rebuilding relationships, or rediscovering your sense of self, I'm here to support your journey with steady guidance and care.
I'm honored by the trust clients place in me, and I look forward to working with you.
