About me
I specialize in grief, stress, and life transitions. My approach is integrative, honoring the mind-body connection and each person’s innate wisdom. Client-centered and LGBTQ+ affirming, my practice is grounded in relational therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
My approach considers the emotional, psychological, spiritual, and physical challenges that arise as we face experiences that shake our sense of self and the world. I see therapy as a process of accompaniment, tailoring my approach to each client’s unique needs and experiences. I emphasize the therapeutic relationship, creating a warm, compassionate space for healing to unfold. I am passionate about supporting people as they hold big emotions and big questions, meeting each client with curiosity, non-judgment, and openness.
Our work will begin with your story, and from there, we will collaboratively create a plan to address your goals. My aim is to help clients find relief from emotional distress, deepen self-awareness, and live in alignment with their values. In addition to my work as a psychotherapist, I have worked as an interfaith hospital chaplain, supporting patients, families, and staff during moments of intense vulnerability and uncertainty. This experience informs my work, allowing me to hold space for life’s deepest questions and existential concerns. My approach to spirituality is non-prescriptive, honoring each person’s unique beliefs, values, and ways of making meaning.
