I am a licensed therapist specializing in the treatment of adults dealing with trauma, including PTSD-related issues.
I tailor my approach to meet the needs of my clients, however I am trained in multiple modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based CBT and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I am licensed in the state of New Hampshire, hold national counselor certification as well as international certification as a trauma treatment professional.
