About me
I am a well-rounded and experienced therapist who has had the privilege of working with diverse populations-including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and older adults. My clinical background spans a wide range of mental health concerns from anxiety and behavioral challenges to complex personality disorders. I approach each case with compassion, clinical skill and an unwavering belief in my Client's capacity to grow. I welcome challenges and thrive in the therapeutic process. Witnessing transformation-no matter how bog or small-fills me with energy, joy and deep inspiration.
Wether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking to better understand yourself, I'm here to walk beside you and support your journey toward meaningful change.
I'm originally from Venezuela and have proudly served the Hispanic community in Las Vegas for over 10 years as a bilingual therapist. I understand firsthand how difficult it can be for the Latino individuals and families to find a therapist who truly gets their experience-the cultural values, the silence around mental health, the sacrifices, the pressure. My background has allowed me to build genuine, lasting connections with clients in ways that honor our shared roots and stories.
I'm also a mother of two adolescents (ages 15 and 17), so I deeply understand the joys and challenges that come with parenting in today's world. I've been happily married for 17 years, and I knwo that maintaining a strong relationship requires communication, patience, humor-and knowing when to choose your battles.
My clinical expertise include working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, family conflict, self-esteem and body image, couple's dynamics, and life transitions.I bring and eclectic and collaborative approcah to therapy, always tailoring the work to your unique strenghts and needs.
Outise of the therapy room, you'll find me hiking, excerising, gardening, traveling, going to the beach, reading, or writing- all the things that refill my own emotional cup.
