I am a licensed social worker who is dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigating challenges, such as ADHD, depression, and relationship issues.
I am a licensed therapist who primarily works with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and other life challenges. I also support couples and families. With experience working with diverse populations and a certificate in trauma-informed care, I take a collaborative, client-centered approach. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and other strategies to help clients address their specific challenges and cope more effectively.
