About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and emotional struggles. My work centers on helping people navigate depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and mood disorders such as bipolar disorder, while also addressing the deeper questions around identity, purpose, and self-worth.
I work with clients across the lifespan—from young adults facing identity questions to older adults navigating life's later chapters. I also help people work through isolation, communication difficulties, guilt, shame, and the sense of emptiness that can accompany major life shifts.
My approach is grounded in cultural humility, religious sensitivity, and responsiveness. I recognize that each person's experience is shaped by their unique background and identity, and I strive to honor that in our work together.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. My role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your feelings, reconnect with yourself, and build the tools you need to move forward. Whether you're processing grief, rebuilding after loss, or simply seeking greater clarity and self-compassion, I'm here to support you with genuine care and professional expertise.
Taking that first step toward healing takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you.
