About me
I am a Christian Licensed Professional Counselor who is dedicated to helping ages 5- 25 cope with anxiety, depression, anger, ADD, loneliness, spiritual struggles, divorce, bullying, friendship struggles, etc.
I am a graduate of Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, so, I can offer Christian counseling as well as secular counseling. I have a background as a teacher's aide, and thus, I have an understanding of what goes on within the school settings. I have a special passion for working with youth. I am trained in play therapy and also utilize a lot of cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy within sessions. Some of my hobbies include playing the piano, singing, walking, interacting with my parents' miniature Schnauzer, reading, and swimming.
