About me
I help people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted begin to heal from trauma, navigate difficult relationships, and finally feel more like themselves again.
You may look like you’re holding everything together on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change. Many of the people I work with have spent a long time being the strong one for everyone else—showing up, pushing through, and carrying more than their fair share—while quietly struggling underneath it all.
Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to do that anymore.
I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, and major life transitions. This often includes people who have experienced emotional abuse, complex family dynamics, or relationships that have left them feeling disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware, but still feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty trusting others—even in relationships that feel safe.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. That means therapy with me isn’t about sitting in silence or feeling like you have to figure everything out on your own. It’s a space where you can be real about what you’re going through while also receiving feedback, support, and practical tools to help you move forward.
We’ll work together to:
• better understand patterns that keep you feeling stuck
• improve emotional regulation and reduce overwhelm
• process trauma and unresolved experiences at a pace that feels safe
• build healthier boundaries and more secure relationships
• increase confidence in your ability to handle stress and life challenges
I also recognize that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Many of my clients are balancing parenting, caregiving, relationships, and work while trying to take care of themselves. We’ll focus on what is realistic and sustainable for your life—not perfection.
Above all, I believe therapy should feel like a space where you are understood. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you come in. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just ready for something to shift, we can start there. Reaching out can feel like the hardest step, but it’s also where things begin to change.
