I am currently licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. offer in-person (50-60 minutes) and virtual sessions (30-60 minutes) for client flexibility. I offer early morning, late evening and weekend appointments. Some insurances are accepted through Headway. Life can get busy and offering more flexible hours and session lengths can help bridge the gap on self-care and support. am a counselor who is also a Christian.
I work with various ages, symptoms and diagnoses. These include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief and trauma. I have two main modes of intervention: cognitive-behavioral therapy and brainspotting. Both are wonderful ways to support the majority of symptoms and also trauma processing.
