About me
I’m a registered psychologist based in Australia with over 8 years of professional experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families. I work alongside clients navigating family and relationship challenges, parenting concerns, emotional wellbeing, self-esteem, confidence, motivation, and executive functioning difficulties.
My approach is warm, collaborative, neuroaffirming, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should feel safe, respectful, and tailored to you as an individual. I work with both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients, and I value supporting people in ways that honour their unique nervous system, communication style, identity, strengths, and lived experiences.
I understand that many people come to therapy after feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, burnt out, or pressured to fit into environments that have not supported their needs. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered. I aim to build a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, compassion, curiosity, and authenticity.
Together, we can explore practical strategies, emotional regulation, relationships, identity, self-understanding, and sustainable ways to navigate daily life with greater confidence and self-compassion. I support clients to better understand themselves, recognise their strengths, and develop supports and strategies that feel meaningful, realistic, and affirming.
I draw from evidence-based approaches while remaining flexible and person-centred, tailoring support to your individual goals, capacity, and experiences. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, your family, or your professional life, I aim to provide compassionate, meaningful, and affirming care that helps you feel more connected, capable, and understood.
