About me
I have over 20 years of experience helping adults cope with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and trauma related symptoms.
My work begins with providing a safe space to process and digest challenging emotions, along with practical guidance on how to make your life better. In our first few sessions, you can expect a thorough assessment, a detailed treatment plan, and honest feedback about outcomes and what to expect from the process.
What sets my practice apart is that I approach your challenges collaboratively and experientially. Rather than staying at the level of concepts and stories about our struggles, we drop beneath them and into the felt sense, the direct experience itself. In practice, this means we pay attention to what you're actually feeling in your body and in the moment, not just what you're thinking about it, which can be especially valuable when living with anxiety, chronic pain, or the lasting effects of trauma. Many people find that this is where real change begins.
I'm passionate about this work because therapy saved my life, and I'm committed to passing that gift on.
