About me
I am an LPC-Candidate in Oklahoma dedicated to helping individuals with neurodiversity, traumatic experiences, and career counseling.
Are you needing somewhere to be heard without judgment? I use trauma-informed approaches to work with marginalized individuals with disabilities/illnesses, traumatic experiences, misophonia, neurodiversity (including ADHD, ASD, and OCD), rejection sensitive disphoria, persistent drive for autonomy (demand avoidant), gifted, 2e (twice exceptional), and more. I also use my leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement background to help individuals navigate career changes and challenges, including burnout, stress management, and displacement.
I lean into neuroscience. Your brain and you can heal. You do not have to be re-traumatized to process trauma.
My style is collaborative, straightforward, and focused on the here and now. I’ll support you in creating change that feels authentic. Therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity and purpose.
