About me
I believe everyone should have access to mental health support when they need it—not months from now. My goal is to make therapy accessible and provide support when people are ready to take that step. I understand that emotional pain can be overwhelming, and I want clients to have a place where they can receive support, find relief, and begin moving forward with their lives. My own life experiences, along with more than 20 years of working with clients, have shaped my commitment to making therapy accessible, practical, and focused on helping people feel better and live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
As the founder and Clinical Director of Help Esteem Counseling Services (HECS), I have built a group practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality, and individualized mental health care. I’m proud to lead a team of experienced clinicians who bring diverse clinical backgrounds, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping our clients move forward. At HECS, we believe therapy should be personal, practical, and focused on meaningful results. Our goal is to help clients heal, feel better, improve their quality of life, and develop lasting changes that extend beyond the therapy session.
