About me
I qualified as a counsellor in 2005, and since that time have had the priviledge of supporting people through a wide range of emotional experiences and challenges.
My therapeutic style is grounded in Person Centred principles. I do not approach you as an expert with assumptions about your life or a fixed idea of what needs to change. Instead, I offer a collaborative space where we explore your experiences together at your pace. I will listen closely, respond genuinely, and provide a non judgemental environment where you can speak freely.
I am a Professionally Qualified Member of the NCPS and adhere to their code of conduct. My experience includes supporting people with grief and loss, low self esteem, relationship and parenting difficulties, guilt, and the impact of sudden illness or caring for others. I work with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, recognising the individuality of each person’s story.
I will tailor our dialogue and therapeutic direction to your specific needs. Reaching out for support can take courage, and you do not have to navigate things alone. I’m here to walk alongside you as you work toward greater clarity and wellbeing.
