I’m a direct East Coast girl at heart. I won’t tiptoe around the truth, but I’ll never throw it at you without care. I primarily use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) because I believe the heart of most conflict isn’t anger—it’s hurt. And when we can name that pain, everything shifts. Come as you are.
