About me
I am a licensed professional counselor and supervisor committed to helping individuals heal and grow, and to guiding emerging counselors in building confident, ethical, and purpose-driven practices.
As an LPC-S in Texas, I bring over 10,000 direct client hours and a decade of experience to both my clinical work and supervision. I specialize in working with individuals navigating ADHD, life transitions, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and personality disorders. My approach is person-centered and eclectic, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based practices, and—when desired—faith-integrated care to help clients find clarity, stability, and healing.
In addition to clinical practice, I am an educator and mentor. I serve as an Adjunct Professor at The King’s University (TKU) in the Marriage and Family Therapy program and at Life Pacific University (LPU), where I teach Practicum in the Master of Arts in Counseling. I also own and operate a private practice where I provide supervision to graduate-level counseling students and LPC-Associates working toward full licensure.
I earned my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and am currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology at Liberty as well. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas.
