I am a trauma informed counselor who believes in treating the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. I work primarily with teens and older who are coping with trauma, anxiety, transitions, and life stressors.

Wholistic Healing & Therapy is a mental health counseling service that believes in treating and healing the whole person in your life journey. Mental health is connected to your physical health and should be treated as so in a safe environment. Holistic methods such as aromatherapy, meditation, energy healing, and nutritional counseling are also offered along side traditional psychotherapy. Both telehealth and in person appointments available.

I work primarily with women (18+) who are coping with life transitions, anxiety, trauma (medical, abuse, sexual, DV, etc), relationship struggles, family dynamics, chronic illness/medical anxiety, and overall life stressors. I offer individual counseling and life coaching sessions. I enjoy incorporating holistic treatment into psychotherapy sessions to complement treatment including meditation, art, journaling, energy healing, and nutrition. I also offer supervision for clinicians working towards licensure in MA and those looking for ongoing support.

I started in the mental health field while attending Lesley University for Art Therapy. I have also completed two masters degrees in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College in 2017 and in Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) from American College of Healthcare Science in 2020. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings including residential programs, CBAT placements, PHP placements, in-home therapy programs, and individual counseling at both the agency and private group practice settings. Now, on this new venture, I have created Wholistic Healing & Therapy to incorporate mental health counseling, confidence building, and holistic methods for overall healing across all domains in your life.
