About me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist offering neurodivergent-affirming telehealth therapy and psychological assessments for adults navigating ADHD, Autism, anxiety, mood-related concerns, and chronic health conditions.
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of VineStone Psychological Services, where I offer neurodivergent-affirming telehealth therapy and psychological assessments for adults across Ohio. I started VineStone Psychological Services to create the kind of space I wish existed more often: one where neurodivergent people are respected, affirmed, and supported without judgment or red tape. After working in larger systems, I saw the need for care that balances professionalism and humanity. The name “VineStone” reflects both growth and grounding — something I hope clients experience in our work together.
My practice is rooted in trust, clarity, and respect for neurodiversity. Whether you're seeking answers through testing or looking for a space to process anxiety, depression, or chronic stress, I’m here to support you with curiosity, compassion, and a deep belief in your capacity for growth.
Many of my clients are navigating questions around ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, and/or chronic health conditions. Some come feeling uncertain, having spent years adapting to systems that didn’t work for their brains or emotional needs. Others are simply ready to understand themselves better. That’s where I come in. I provide thoughtful, strengths-based assessments and therapy with a calm, grounded presence — always focused on helping you gain insight and move forward with confidence.
I bring warmth, structure, and nonjudgment to each session. My therapeutic style is collaborative and paced with intention — we move at a speed that feels right for you. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as CBT and ACT, while always centering your lived experience and personal goals. Therapy with me is designed to feel safe, affirming, and attuned to your needs.
In addition to therapy, I specialize in psychological testing that offers clarity and concrete direction. I provide comprehensive evaluations for ADHD, Autism, mood disorders, and diagnostic clarification. Clients often tell me they felt truly understood for the first time during the assessment process. I explain every step clearly, and I offer personalized, written reports that not only summarize findings but also include practical, strengths-oriented recommendations. My goal is for you to walk away with insight, validation, and a roadmap that reflects who you are.
My practice is designed for people who value transparency, autonomy, and care. I do not work with insurance providers, which allows us to tailor your services without the limitations or confusion of coverage policies — and you’ll always know what to expect. Services are provided via secure video in a way that’s convenient, accessible, and supportive.
I work best with clients who are thoughtful, curious, and looking for clarity. You don’t have to have it all figured out — just a willingness to explore. Whether you’re newly wondering if you might be neurodivergent or already navigating a diagnosis, I provide therapy and testing that affirms who you are and helps you understand how you thrive.
If you’re looking for a clinician who will meet you with honesty and empathy — someone who sees you not as a puzzle to solve, but as a whole person with strengths, questions, and goals — I welcome you to reach out. I’d be honored to work with you.
