About me
I have 9 years in the mental health field. I started as a case manager and am now a licensed clinical social worker. I’m passionate about helping people find their purpose in life and learn recognize the importance of setting boundaries and recognizing patterns that are no longer helpful for you. I have experience work with children and adults.
Many people spend so much time taking care of everyone around them that they forget they deserve support too. You may look like you’re holding it all together on the outside while quietly feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck on the inside. Therapy can be a place where you no longer have to carry those burdens alone. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, grief, stress, burnout, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. Together, we’ll create a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment and begin reconnecting with yourself in a more compassionate way.
I believe healing starts with feeling genuinely safe, seen, and understood. My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and deeply human. I’m not here to “fix” you — I’m here to walk alongside you as we make sense of what you’re carrying, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and build healthier ways to cope, heal, and grow.
I have experienced grief, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD, so I know how isolating mental health struggles can feel. I also know the courage it takes to ask for help. Because of this, I strive to offer therapy that feels authentic in both professional knowledge and human understanding. Therapy is your starting place and I would be honored to walk with you!
