I have a diverse practice which includes children, adolescents, and adults, allowing me to adapt my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology from Buena Vista University in 2010, where I developed a strong foundation in psychological principles and research methods. I continued my education by obtaining a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2017, further enhancing my skills and knowledge in therapeutic practices. With nine years of experience in providing mental health therapy services. I am also a nationally certified counselor (NCC), demonstrating my commitment to professional excellence. I specializes in working individually with clients facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.
