About me

LPCC-S and perinatal mental health specialist offering therapy for anxiety, postpartum concerns, infertility stress, and life transitions across Ohio.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) specializing in perinatal mental health, anxiety, mood disorders, and life transitions. I work with individuals and couples navigating pregnancy, infertility, postpartum adjustment, identity shifts, and the emotional challenges that often accompany major life changes.

Many of the clients I work with are in seasons that feel both meaningful and overwhelming. You may be trying to conceive, experiencing fertility-related stress, adjusting to pregnancy or postpartum life, or noticing increased anxiety, intrusive thoughts, low mood, or difficulty feeling like yourself. My role is to help you better understand what you’re experiencing and develop practical, sustainable ways to feel more grounded and emotionally steady.

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness-based practices, and somatic awareness. I also incorporate principles of nutritional psychiatry and relational therapy when appropriate, supporting the connection between mind, body, and emotional health.

In sessions, I focus on creating a collaborative and supportive space where we can slow things down, identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, and build skills that support emotional regulation and resilience. Therapy with me is both reflective and practical—you can expect both insight-oriented work and concrete strategies you can use in daily life.

I have a particular passion for supporting perinatal clients through pregnancy and postpartum transitions, as well as helping individuals and couples strengthen communication, manage anxiety, and navigate relational stress.

As a mother of three, I also bring a personal understanding of the complexities of balancing identity, family life, and emotional wellbeing, alongside my clinical training and experience.

My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in navigating life’s transitions, and more supported as you move toward meaningful change.
