Most clients come to me after experiencing unhealthy romantic relationships that left them feeling disconnected from who they are and filled with self-doubt. I also work with people who have strained relationships with their parents and want to heal old wounds so they can step into the version of themselves they’ve always wanted to be.

In our work together, I provide education on how your past experiences have shaped the way you see yourself and how you navigate relationships. You’ll learn practical skills to manage anxiety and depression, as well as tools for handling emotions in a way that makes you feel proud. This includes learning to identify your feelings and express your needs in healthy, empowering ways. Together, we’ll also work toward the personal goals you set for yourself.

Many of my clients leave therapy feeling more confident, able to set boundaries without guilt, and more grounded in who they are. They often share that they handle stress with greater ease, experience improved relationships, and feel a deeper sense of peace. My goal is to create a space where you can truly know yourself and unapologetically build the life you are meant to live.

I am out-of-network with insurance, but you may be able to receive reimbursement for therapy through your out-of-network benefits. I provide superbills and can even submit claims to your insurance on your behalf to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. All you have to do is show up for therapy.
