About me
Whether you're feeling stuck, exhausted, or simply not like yourself, therapy can provide a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and begin moving forward. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way, build practical skills to help you cope, and work toward helping you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your life.
Reaching out for support isn't always easy, and I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with depression, working through past trauma, or simply trying to navigate a difficult season of life, you don't have to do it alone. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and encouraged as you work toward the life you want.
Drawing from CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, I help clients build practical coping skills, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, and develop confidence in facing life's challenges. I also have specialized training in maternal mental health and enjoy supporting individuals through the many transitions that come with pregnancy, postpartum, & beyond.
You don't have to carry everything on your own. Whatever has brought you here, healing is possible, and I'd be honored to support you along the way. If you're ready to take the next step, I welcome the opportunity to help you build the tools, confidence, and resilience to create meaningful change.
