For 16 years, I have helped individuals find their footing when anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief makes the path forward feel impossible. My focus are the thoughts and feelings standing between you and healthy relationships, professional fulfillment, or simply personal peace. Whatever brought you here, I am glad you came.

Our work together starts by looking at the thoughts and patterns shaping how you respond to the world around you. Some of those patterns protected you once; many of them are now getting in the way. We examine which ones are holding you back and build more useful ways of responding in their place. I also spend time understanding where those patterns came from, because the roots matter. Every plan is built around your specific goals, what matters most to you, at a pace that feels right. Together as a team, we'll explore patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and discover healthier ways of responding so you can feel more in control and better about yourself. My hope is that you'll begin to see progress and feel empowered to make the changes you're looking to make.
