About me
As a father, Marine Corps veteran, and business owner, I have a unique perspective when dealing with trauma and related mental health issues. I specialize in working with trauma survivors, veterans and first responders to help with building better communication techniques, coping skills, and healing from trauma.
Being a Marine Corps veteran and a trauma-informed therapist, I understand the importance of self care, boundaries, and managing emotions. I focus on understanding how to recognize triggers and blind spots and learning how to train better reactions. These skills and methods can be used to help build better skills when dealing with trauma and mental health.
Our lives are constantly filled with stress, pressure, anxiety, depression, and, in some cases, trauma. These can cause negative impacts on our personal/work lives, relationships, and family. It is my commitment to give you a safe place where you will be heard and given freedom and room to explore these parts of your life. I want to hear your story.
