About me
I've been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for 17 years, and I love helping children, teens, and adults of all ages.
Hi. I'm a friendly, patient, flexible and open-minded person, who loves what I do !!! I've worked in private practice, in group homes, with foster children and teens, and at the University of Nevada, Reno counseling's center. I'm licensed both in California and Nevada, and presently, I only do Teletherapy. However, my clients, even children or teens, seem to enjoy working with me online. I' m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, and Internal Family Systems therapy. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, Stress, ADHD, and High Functioning Autism/Aspergers. I'm an in-network provider for Optum/Oscar/United Healthcare, Aetna, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. I've also applied to become a provider for Hometown Health in Nevada. I have a sliding fee scale for those who need private pay. My practice hours are Monday through Friday Noon until 7pm . I believe that everyone has within them the innate ability to heal and grow, and I want to help you with that process !!!
