I am a licensed psychologist with 25+ years of experience working with adults and with presenting concerns such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, and childhood trauma.
I have a 100% online practice. Therefore, I screen prospective clients to determine if online therapy is appropriate. After the intake session, my prospective client and I will decide whether or not to move forward together. I am a proponent of therapeutic work that goes beneath the surface in order to explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be having a negative impact in one or more areas. The client and I will work together to improve their overall functioning.
