About me
I am a Mental Health Counsellor and Psychotherapist credentialed in the UK and Australia, and a Registered Counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I hold two Master’s degrees and have years of professional experience working in various countries around the world. I have supported clients with stress and anxiety management, depression, trauma, life transitions, and a wide range of other concerns.
Originally from Bangladesh, I have lived in Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and Singapore for many years. I speak both English and Bengali fluently. I am currently based in the United Kingdom and working from here.
I work collaboratively with clients to create a safe, supportive environment and non- judgemental space where thoughts and feelings can be explored openly . As a counsellor, i support self exploration, help you to make sence of your experience and help you connect the threads of your life, fostering greater understanding, meaning, and a stronger sense of self.
I am not afraid to ask meaningful questions or to engage in difficult conversations. Nor do I hesitate to let clients know when they may be holding themselves back or limiting their own potential.
I love being a counsellor because it gives me the opportunity to be part of people’s journeys and to witness the courage they show in sharing their vulnerabilities. I am here to support you in that process.
