About me
As a therapist, I believe that every individual, regardless of background, identity, or circumstance, deserves compassionate, accessible, and effective mental health care. I am particularly passionate about working with children, especially those from marginalized communities, and supporting couples navigating the complex impact of past trauma on present relationships. My goal is to help every client move toward the fulfilling, connected life they envision for themselves.
I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, experiential approaches, and the Oaklander Model. This integrative framework allows me to meet clients where they are, tailoring care to their unique needs, strengths, and goals. Whether I’m helping a child find their voice through creative expression or guiding a couple toward healthier communication patterns, my approach is grounded in respect, collaboration, and hope.
