I'm a licensed clinical social worker who helps adults work through trauma, anxiety, depression and the stress of living with a health condition, in person in Atlanta and online across Georgia and Utah

You don't have to have everything figured out to start therapy. Maybe you're carrying something heavy that happened years ago. Maybe anxiety is running your days, or a diagnosis has changed your life and you're trying to find your footing. Whatever brought you here, you deserve a space where you can say it out loud and be met with care, not judgment.

I've been a clinician for a long time, in hospitals, dialysis centers, community agencies and private practice. That experience taught me that people heal best when they feel understood as whole people, not just a list of symptoms. I pay attention to your history, your culture, your relationships and what matters most to you.

In our work together, I draw from approaches that are proven to help, including EMDR, CBT and trauma-informed care. I'm EMDRIA-trained in EMDR and certified in both trauma (CCTP) and anxiety treatment (CCATP). We'll go at a pace that feels right to you, and you'll leave sessions with practical tools you can use in real life, not just insight.

Sessions are available by secure telehealth anywhere in Georgia and Utah, and in person in Atlanta. I accept several insurance plans, including Medicare.
