About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Virginia and New York, with 11 years of experience in social work and 4 years in clinical practice. I work with adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, burnout, and life transitions.
My therapy style is down-to-earth, empathetic, and practical. I believe in meeting people exactly where they are, without judgment or stigmatizing labels — I understand life's mistakes, regrets, growth, and pain, because that's part of being human. One of my greatest strengths is helping people find a way forward when a situation feels unsolvable; even when it looks like there are no other options, I can usually help find another entryway to progress. I often describe therapy as working on a jigsaw puzzle together — we start with the pieces that are clear and build out from there. You don't need to walk in with it all figured out. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.
It takes courage to reach out and take the first step toward a more fulfilling life. If you're ready to take that step, I'm here to support you, piece by piece.
