I’m a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in trauma-informed care for adults navigating the emotional impact of overwhelming life events. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in survival mode — anxious, on edge, disconnected, or carrying experiences that still feel very present.
My approach is thoughtful, grounded, and collaborative. I help clients understand how trauma affects the nervous system, emotions, and relationships, while building practical tools to restore a sense of stability, safety, and control.
I also conduct specialized psychological evaluations, including immigration-related evaluations, with care, clarity, and respect for each person’s lived experience.
