About me
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Supervisor with a Master’s in Clinical Counseling, working in the field since 2012. I specialize in trauma, eating disorders, self-injury, mood disorders, and complex relational patterns in adolescents and adults.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in mindfulness. I am EMDR trained and certified in the treatment of personality disorders. I believe meaningful healing happens within safe, connected therapeutic relationships—where clients feel seen, challenged, and supported. Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and compassionate. We work to process past experiences, identify and shift negative core beliefs, and build practical tools for lasting change.
I also believe healing is not solely cognitive—it is embodied. When appropriate, I integrate somatic awareness, art, and movement into the therapeutic process. I incorporate elements of yoga to support grounding and nervous system regulation. As a fourth-degree black belt in taekwondo, I understand the power of structured movement in building resilience, boundaries, and confidence.
I currently offer both in-office and telehealth sessions in private practice. My certified therapy dog, Nova, is present in the office and often provides an added sense of comfort and regulation for clients.
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to move forward, you don’t have to do it alone. Healing is possible, and you deserve a space where your emotions are valid and your growth is supported.
