About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. My work focuses on helping people navigate depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and trauma. I'm skilled in addressing concerns like social anxiety, panic attacks, anger management, communication struggles, and grief—including divorce and separation.
I work with clients on deeper issues such as self-love, forgiveness, attachment patterns, and abandonment wounds. I also support those managing mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive patterns, seasonal affective disorder, and substance use challenges. Additionally, I have experience supporting military veterans, young adults, and men's issues, as well as caregiver stress and financial concerns.
My approach is grounded in genuine connection and respect for who you are. I believe in meeting you where you are, without judgment, and working collaboratively toward meaningful change. Whether you're seeking support for a specific concern or navigating multiple challenges at once, I'm here to help you build resilience, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
