I help men in midlife who feel anxious and unsure of themselves find direction and greater confidence.
I provide therapy via telehealth in New Jersey and Colorado, as well as in-person in Colorado. My aim is to help my clients make significant changes in how they think, experience their emotions, and relate to themselves and others. You'll be heard and understood but also encouraged and challenged to open up about your experiences and to change how you see yourself, your life, and other people.
