About me
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or tired of pretending you’re “fine” when life clearly did not get the memo. Trauma, depression, mood changes, work/school stress, or family conflict may be making daily life harder than it should be. Therapy gives you a place to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, build practical tools, and move forward with support that feels steady, honest, and human.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, and school, work, or family stress. I offer telehealth counseling for adults, teens, and kids 10+ in Washington and Florida. My approach is practical, trauma-sensitive, and attachment-informed, using CBT, ACT, and DBT skills to help you understand patterns and build tools for real life.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like another task on an already overloaded list. My goal is to make the process feel approachable, useful, and human. If you’re looking for a therapist who can take your pain seriously without making therapy feel stiff or clinical, I’d be glad to connect
