I am a relationship and family counselor with a unique combination of training and 20+ years of experience in trauma, addictions, child development, severe and persistent mental health issues, and couples/family-relationship counseling.
I am particularly adept at understanding relationship dynamics. I work with people to interrupt their current cycles of engagement and learn to interact in a way that produces personal growth & relational repair.
It is very tough to thrive while being involved in constant crisis & anxiety. Relationships affect every aspect of our lives and ultimately are responsible for our sense of well-being & life satisfaction.
