With over 23 years of experience of working with mood disorders, trauma, ADHD and women's issues, I have great compassion and expertise to support in every facet of life.
Regina is a licensed clinical therapist with training in varied area of interventions including creative arts. She previously completed training in the area play therapy. and has taught dance and movement. She has almost twenty years of experience working in Mental Health, Child Welfare, teaching and providing clinical services.
She completed her Master’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany (SUNYA) and currently utilizes a holistic, spiritual, strengths based and solution focused approach in service delivery. She is also trained in EMDR. Regina specializes in mood disorders (anxiety and depression), trauma, life transitions, grief, women’s issues and children’s issues. She expresses a desire to support everyone in both triumph and good times as well as in challenges.
