I am a trauma-focused therapist who works with adults navigating religious trauma, PTSD, and anxiety.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, struggling to trust their own judgment, or carrying shame and fear that never truly belonged to them. My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can make sense of your experiences, build practical coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and your own.

I believe therapy should feel genuine, collaborative, and tailored to you, rather than a "one size fits all" approach. My goal is to combine compassion with practical tools to help you process difficult experiences, build practical coping skills, and move toward the life you want while feeling heard, understood, and supported.
