About me
We are licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families find clarity, healing, and balance through compassionate, evidence-based care.
At Calming Earth Collective PLLC, therapy is rooted in connection, authenticity, and growth. The practice was created as a space where individuals, children, adolescents, and families can slow down, feel supported, and begin making sense of life’s challenges in a way that feels manageable and empowering. Care is approached holistically, recognizing the impact of emotional, relational, and environmental factors on overall well-being.
Services are grounded in evidence-based practices while remaining flexible and client-centered. Sessions focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and fostering emotional regulation, resilience, and self-trust. Whether navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, parenting stress, or relational concerns, therapy is tailored to meet each person where they are, honoring their values, goals, and lived experiences.
Calming Earth Collective believes healing happens best in a safe, nonjudgmental space where people feel heard and understood. The goal is not just symptom relief, but long-term growth, deeper self-awareness, and a stronger sense of balance—so clients can move forward feeling grounded, capable, and connected.
