About me
Ms. Holland has helped adult clients with a variety of issues, including severe mental illness, complex trauma, eating disorders, medical illness/pain, adult ADHD, depression, and anxiety. She is LGBTQ+ friendly
Ms. Holland meets with clients via telehealth to address their needs in a supportive manner. Your treatment will reflect your desires and be paced in the manner you desire. She has over 10 years experience working with adult clients from all walks of life in rural settings, and has expanded care to the entirety of Nebraska through telehealth.
She specializes in severe mental illness (psychosis welcome!), trauma, and complicated medical illness. However, she is happy to see clients with many other issues including OCD, sexual issues, alternative lifestyle (polyamory etc...). She is welcoming of individuals seeking Non-religious and Pagan supportive therapy, and Christian faith-based counseling.
