I am licensed in Louisiana with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients cope with addictions, trauma and abuse, anger management, & the treatment of serious mental illnesses such as bipolar disorder and post traumatic stress disorder.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I also identify as Christian and am an Aspiring Missionary. I have completed my 2yr biblical college education with C.H.Mason Bible College and am currently awaiting licensure as a Licensed Missionary.

I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. This means that I am always listening for unhealthy thinking patterns and/or feelings that are working to sabatoge relationships and promote maladaptive behaviors. I'm also solution-focused. This means that we will not only
