About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, passionate about collaborating with clients who are on their mental wellbeing journey. My ideal client is open, truthful, self-reflective, courageous, and willing to work towards what he/she/they want for their lives. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or boundary issues, I believe we can work together to help you reach your goals.
I use a variety of modalities in counseling practice, depending on client needs. Some of my favorite therapy techniques are rooted in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment therapy/Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Person Centered counseling. I work with a variety of clients, including those within oppressed communities: LGBTQIA, BIPOC, those struggling with maternal mental health, psychosis, depression/anxiety, self-esteem, intimate relationships, and I am a poly-friendly therapist. I understand there are many paths to being healthy and whole. Welcome to a safe place of non-judgment.
