About me
I’m a Licensed Master Addiction Counselor (LMAC-T) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I’m also someone who understands being in recovery. I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to the work, offering therapy that’s direct, trauma-informed, and deeply human. My style is person-centered and real — I won’t sugarcoat the healing process, but I’ll Walk beside you every step of the way. Whether you're navigating trauma, addiction, codependency, or rebuilding after survival, I create a space where you can safely unpack your story and reclaim your strength.
I specialize in working with adults facing recovery challenges, complex trauma, identity issues, and life that can be emotional overwhelming. Together, we focus not just on surviving — but on building something lasting and meaningful. I have worked in corrections and drug court. My experience is unique and educated on real life experiences. The main issues I can help you with are depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and processing trauma. I can also work with you through addictions and internal struggles. During our initial session we will create a plan of how you can work on achieving your goals.
The treatment types I use are solution focused, emotion focused, CBT and psychodynamic as well as based upon the needs of my clients. Your experience will be compassionate and direct. We will explore your needs, goals what brought you to therapy and how to process the issues that you're experiencing in life. If you're ready to begin your healing journey reach out to me via email, website or phone and we can get started together; you don't have to heal alone.
