About me
I am an experienced therapist helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, and life’s challenges with a practical, compassionate approach
Ever feel like you’ve got it all together… until you don’t? Like your brain is running on empty, your to-do list is mocking you from across the room, and no matter how hard you try, you still can’t shake the stress, sadness, or worry? Maybe you’re navigating the chaos of college—midterms, social pressures, figuring out your future—or juggling a demanding job, complex relationships, and the weight of daily life. It can all feel so overwhelming. With everything you’re holding, it’s important to create space to step back, center yourself, and figure out how to move forward—whether that’s finding peace or feeling like yourself again.
With 10 years of experience across private practice, psychiatric hospitals, and substance use clinics, I understand both everyday stressors and complex mental health challenges. My approach is collaborative and practical, helping you manage self-doubt, regulate emotions, and navigate life’s ups and downs—whether everyday hurdles or intricate concerns.
My therapeutic approach focuses on helping you develop a more flexible mindset when it comes to uncomfortable emotions and thoughts. I use strategies that emphasize acceptance, mindfulness, and values-based action while also helping you challenge unhelpful patterns and make meaningful changes. Therapy isn’t just about learning to accept your struggles—it’s also about developing the tools to respond to them in a way that empowers you. My goal is to support you in letting go of the fight with what you can’t control while actively working toward the life you want.
I understand that your problems feel immense, especially because you're carrying them every day. I want you to know that I'm here to provide a safe, compassionate space where your thoughts and feelings are not only heard, but treated with the same importance they hold for you. Starting therapy can feel daunting, but I’m here to walk alongside you at your own pace. The journey may not be easy, but it can be incredibly rewarding—and you don’t have to take it alone.
If you're ready to take the next step in feeling better, or even just want to explore whether therapy could be right for you, I encourage you to reach out.
