About me
Bringing over 10 years of experience in mental health counseling, I provide a supportive and professional environment where clients can explore challenges, strengthen coping strategies, and work toward improved emotional wellness.
I take a holistic, trauma‑informed approach and specialize in working with anxiety, grief and loss, depression, addictions, and trauma.
I have extensive experience in Critical Incident Response and have worked with military personnel, first responders, and law enforcement, as well as providing consulting services for Employee Assistance Programs. My work also includes anger and stress management, resiliency education, and organizational support following disruptive events.
My clinical approach is influenced by Carl Jung’s depth psychology and integrates expressive arts, mindfulness, and Heart Math techniques to support healing and emotional regulation.
