About me
With over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate life’s most personal and challenging transitions. I believe the foundation of effective therapy begins with building a relationship rooted in trust, safety, and authenticity. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for each client’s unique story.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients through a wide range of issues including major life transitions, parenting challenges, LGBTQ+ concerns, compassion fatigue, ADHD, postpartum depression, and questions of self-worth and self-love. I also have extensive experience supporting clients through relationship concerns such as infidelity, separation, divorce, and marital conflict. In addition, I am especially passionate about working with clients in addressing women’s issues, sexuality, infidelity, separation and divorce, marital conflict, and the often-overlooked emotional struggles of midlife.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I provide a space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward.
